I just completed a refinance for a couple that seemed to be getting no-where with their bank. We completed their refinance about a week ago and I was touching base to see how things were today and this is what they said:
“Everything went so smoothly once we started the process with you that it makes us wonder why we took so long to come to you. We have told many friends and family about your wonderful service. It’s a load off our shoulders to have everything taken care of.”
